Our 30-day online returns guarantee
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase,
you may return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received the
item, unopened (for cards the cellophane wrapper must be intact) and un-damaged we will issue
a full refund of the price you paid for the item.
We will not pay for or refund return postage. It is your responsibility to ensure that returned goods
are suitably packaged and insured and that an appropriate return delivery service is used. If goods are damaged
when they reach us we may, at our discretion, decline or reduce the refund.
Delivery charges
After creating an account you can see cost of delivery in your shopping basket.
Delivery charges are calculated based on your delivery address.
In general terms we charge £1.50 for packing materials and then fastest postage
using Royal Mail, either 1st Class or Small Packet.
For some goods we offer free delivery, as advertised in the online shop. We may still charge a
Small Order Handling Charge if your total order is below £15.
If you order a mixture of free delivery items and charged delivery items, the
delivery charge is based on the charged delivery items only.
Small Order Handling Charge
If the total value of goods ordered is less than £15 and there is no postage charge (i.e. your order consists of
free delivery items only), we add a handling charge of £3. For orders of £15 or over there is no handling charge.
Price examples
For eight Greeting Cards totalling £16, delivery to a UK address is free.
For three Greeting Cards totalling £6, the Small Order Handling Charge of £3 is charged.
For a small picture (Viola) Delivery to the UK costs £2.79.
For a small picture (Viola) plus three Greeting Cards, Delivery costs £2.79 to the UK.
For a larger picture (Apples and Pears) Total shipping costs £3.40 to the UK
